Jena has been the subject of body shamers, accusing her of starving herself to get thin. After a troll ordered her to "go eat a cheeseburger," she did. "Not so rare footage of me eating a cheeseburger," she captioned an Instagram story of herself chowing down. She also revealed during an Instagram Q&A that she and her man "get down on McDonalds."

Jena works out with Olivia Figueroa, a Florida based trainer. "I try to do 3x per week," she responded to a fan when asked about her workout routine. Figuero's Instagram page is filled with photos of herself training with clients, mostly doing HIIT style, strength training workouts.

While Jena spends most of the year in Jupiter, Florida where she lives with Brooks, the two make time to hit the slopes. "I love you snow much," she captioned this photo taken from one of their ski trips in Big Sky, Montana.

Jena has one (not-so) guilty pleasure, Krispy Kreme doughnuts. The bio on Jena's website, reads: "One of her hidden talents is the ability to eat an entire box of Krispy Kreme doughnuts in one sitting"

Sims, a former gymnast, still shows off her moves. During a boating trip she did an impressive backflip into the ocean. "My old gymnastics coach would be proud." "With any sport, finding the right coach is critical," sports and exercise medicine physician Kim Gladden, MD, tells the Cleveland Clinic. "You want someone who's very familiar with proper technique who won't allow your child to progress until they learn it." Take a tour of any gym you're considering, making sure that the equipment is in good working order, the floors are right for the sport and there's adequate supervision. She also swims and jet skis.
