Kawhi Leonard And Girlfriend Kishele Shipley Attend Paul Georges Party

Kawhi Leonard and Paul George are currently in the process of embarking on the most important season of their NBA careers.

When both men first joined the Los Angeles Clippers, everyone involved had championship aspirations. Patrick Beverley, who was then still with the organization, famously proclaimed that they would take over the league.

Unfortunately, due to various injuries and other assorted bad luck, that goal never became a reality. Now that both Leonard and George are approaching the final years of their contracts this a make-or-break year.

So far things have gotten off to a bumpy start.

Amid the beginning of the Clippers’ season, George hosted a party. Leonard attended – and he brought his girlfriend Kishele Shipley with him.

This isn’t the first time Leonard and Shipley have made a public appearance in recent weeks. The pair has definitely been out and about more lately.

Leonard, in general, has been a lot more active in his social life as of late. Between his birthday boat party, his attendance at a teammate’s wedding and that now-infamous video of him partying with Rick Ross at the club – the man has been busy.

Of course all of that occurred during the offseason. Now with the regular season upon him, Leonard will undoubtedly switch gears and focus on basketball.

This week, ESPN’s Brian Windhorst revealed that both Leonard and George want to remain in L.A.

“As far as I know, those guys want to be in Los Angeles,” he said.

For that to happen, the Clippers will need to make some meaningful strides in 2023.

The onus falls on Leonard and George to make that happen.

Will this be the season that the Clippers finally take that next step towards an NBA championship? Time will tell.
