Paige Spiranacs Brutal 16-Word Message To Dallas Cowboys

The Dallas Cowboys’ 2021-22 NFL campaign came to an abrupt conclusion in heartbreaking fashion on Sunday afternoon.

One person who didn’t seem to have much sympathy? Golf influencer-turned-general sports commentator Paige Spiranac.

After being down for most of the game, Dallas battled back strong at the end. With the score sitting at 23-17, the Cowboys got the ball at the 20-yard line with a little more than 30 seconds remaining.

Initially, things started off smoothly. Quarterback Dak Prescott hit wide receiver CeeDee Lamb on a hook-and-ladder to pick up 20 yards. So far so good. Then came a quick hit to tight end Dalton Schultz, who picked up nine yards and got out of bounds with 14 seconds left.

With eight seconds to go, Prescott took the snap and decided to take the ball himself. He picked up 17 yards and slid – setting it up for one final play.

Or so it seemed.

Incredibly, while attempting to spot the ball, a referee ran into Prescott causing precious time to tick off the clock. By the time everyone recovered, the game was over.

The only thing that would prove to sting more than that final sequence was Spiranac’s brutal 16-word tweet.

Yikes. That was rough.

Spiranac has been utilizing her platform to talk football a lot in recent months. Between her blunt 5-word take on Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger and just her overall thoughts on the AFC North in general, it has been one thing after another.

Spiranac’s football takes making this much noise is fairly new. Usually she is in the news for stuff like her shocking photosracy Halloween costumes or polarizing thesis on men staring at her breasts.

And her Instagram posts, of course:

That said, in light of the sort of response Spiranac has been getting on her NFL takes – it’s unlikely she will take her foot off the gas any time soon.

Given the low-level analysis that permeates in this sport, her opinions actually aren’t bad at all by comparison.

It wasn’t all bad news for Dak Prescott yesterday. https://t.co/iKmS0xgnER

What will Spiranac ultimately go viral for next? Time will tell.
