Halloween has finally arrived at the F1 paddocks, and F1 vlogger Matt Gallagher kicked off the celebrations on Twitter by sharing his pick for the best-dressed Formula One fan. According to Gallagher’s post, the WTF1 admin had gone to Kiss FM’s Halloween “gig” right before the Mexican Grand Prix and there, he came across a girl dressed as a clown, carrying a cardboard that had “Ferrari Strategist” written across it.

The Halloween costume clearly referred to the multiple flawed tactical decisions that the Ferrari strategists have taken all through this year, which led to the downfall of the team even after starting off the season as the Championship favorites. The Maranello outfit have come up with such awful plans for the Grands Prix that their strategists are now scarier than actual ghosts, for the die-hard Ferrari fans.

Even after gaining multiple pole positions at the Qualifying sessions for the Grands Prix on the Saturdays, Charles Leclerc has failed to win more than three Grands Prix in this season, as opposed to Max Verstappen, who has won 14. Thus, it is clear that something is gravely wrong about the tactics of the Ferrari strategists, which result in such frightening results for the team that has been the most successful in F1 history. This explains why the girl chose a clown costume with “Ferrari Strategist” written on it for this year’s Halloween.

When the F1 2022 Championship began at the Bahrain Grand Prix, fans and F1 pundits were surprised to see the potential of Ferrari’s F1-75 as well as the calibre of their drivers Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz. But in the end, nothing worked out for the Italian manufacturers as, a few races into the season, Red Bull surpassed them in the rankings and as per the current situation, Ferrari might not even have the second position to themselves as Mercedes is improving their performance rapidly.
