Stephen A. Smith gives a SARCASTIC eye to Cowboys QB Dak Prescott over his claim of not throwi

Dak Prescott has literally risen the eyebrows of many after his latest comments. The Dallas Cowboys QB has always been in the headlines due to his association with the influential team and his insane popularity. However, his recent comments have probably taken things a bit too far. Prescott had the most interceptions in NFL last season and had his career-high interceptions record at 15.

Recently, the QB made a glaring claim and stated that he won’t have more than 10 interceptions next year. Subsequently, he was roasted on social media. However, the response by Stephen A. Smith was astonishing and witty. The ESPN analyst simply posted a picture of him with a ‘sarcastic’ eye in response to the claim made by Prescott. Interestingly, Smith has always been highly critical of the Cowboys QB and has criticized him from time to time.

Still, his recent reaction was simply magnetic and many didn’t expect Smith to do this. On the other hand, Dak Prescott also subtly blamed his receivers and believe Mike McCarthy‘s addition to the play-calling department will be highly useful for them. The Cowboys have made their HC McCarthy incharge of calling plays after firing offensive coordinator Kellen Moore due to another unsuccessful season in the NFL.

Dak Prescott believes the receivers will be better next season

The Cowboys QB Dak Prescott was recently invited to a youth football camp and there he spoke about his aspirations for the next season. The 29-year-old believes that Mike McCarthy does a great job with receivers and their offense will soon deliver.

“Some of it is the offense and them understanding exactly where we are,”Dak Prescott said. “Mike does an amazing job with those guys. They know where to be, why to be, when they’re getting looked at. That’s going to be a big jump.”

However, offense has always been a letdown for the Dallas-based team who had the best defense last year. In the divisional round against the 49ers, the Cowboys lost the game due to 2 interceptions by Prescott leading to costly turnovers. The Cowboys are one of the most celebrated teams in the NFL and Dak Prescott is their golden boy. However, the QB will have to perform next season and lead his team through the playoffs.
